Reusable card are divided into 4 " suits," representing the 4 personality dimensions: Introversion?Extraversion, Sensing/Intuiting,Thinking/Feeling and Judging/Perceiving. Players trade and discuss cards to fashion a hand that best captures their personality style. Participant workbooks profide an overview of personality types, short activities, as well as instructions for generating and discussing an optional team profile.
