Designed as a simulation, Mission 2020 uses a creative and engaging storyline to help participants understand the life cycle of a project. The life cycle is comprised of four major phases:
*Define
* Plan
* Monitor
*Control.
Participants return to the work place understanding a systematic approach to effective project management and with tools to help them apply it.
Applications:
*increase individual and team-effectiveness in project management and consensus decision-making
*teach the basics of project management
*reinforce the principles of project management before a team undertakes a new project.
